Blain was awesome, we actually felt he cared about our place. He identified things that he could have easily charged us for as things that would not turn out right, and all of this was before we even decided what to get done. When he showed up to do the work we agreed on he was a one man army, quick and with amazing results! He turned a new place we had just purchased into a 10/10. Blain was quick to respond to my inquiry and questions.  He came out to assess the condition of the travertine floors in my new home, and he explained what they needed in a way that was easily comprehensible to someone (me) who didn’t know a thing about natural stone flooring.

His estimated price was comparable to others I received for cleaning and sealing the tiles, and he was able to get to work quickly so that the floors were ready for move-in day later that same week.

When he was finished, the floors looked great, and I couldn’t otherwise tell he had even been there–no trash or footprints or scuffed walls or anything.  He was thorough and professional, and his sealing treatment passed the “accidental wine spill” test just a week after he did the job.

I would recommend Gold Standard for natural stone floor care, and I will definitely call them again the next time my travertine needs sealing.
