What a find ! We have a lot of travertine in our home on floors and bath showers. In the past, we have used other companies, who left our stone discolored and looking “dingy”. Blain at Gold Standard did an EXCELLENT JOB !!! Stone looks and feels like NEW. Stone and grout are super clean and feel like new. It’s totally stress free to work with someone who has experience in the field; uses professional products and equipment; and has a very pleasant manner and is easy to talk to. Almost forgot to mention that his prices are about in the “middle” of the field and WORTH EVERY PENNY.
We had a couple of pits filled in our granite countertops, you would never know that they were there now. We also had them cleaned, resealed, and polished. Blaine was a pleasure to work with. Fantastic! My grout was so stained that I was sure it could not be restored. Today it looks brand new. The customer experience could not have been better. Blain arrived on time, discussed each room to be treated, and meticulously protected my floors and possessions. We jointly decided that some of the estimated work was not necessary, so the job cost less than the estimate! Overall, I could not be happier on all aspects.
