Great experience, from the initial visit for an estimate to the final carpet cleaning. Blain was able to rehab 10 year old nylon carpet, remove several pesky stains and all within just a couple hours. He is professional, fulfills his commitments and he is affordable. He’s a one man team, he doesn’t subcontract to people you’ve never met and his demeanor, respectfulness and competence is refreshing.
Blain did a great job with our very difficult and dirty travertine shower. He put in a lot of extra effort and provided good advice on what to do and what not to do. We’d used him previously for our tile floor downstairs, and were glad he was able to help with our shower. We are very happy repeat customers.
