Our work took several days with a large area to clean-polish and seal. He was always on time, careful moving furniture and a good communicator explaining the process. Our floors now look great with a slight shine which is what we requested. We did have some small issues with a couple of spots. Blain came right back took care of them. No service was performed, I only received an estimate. I felt that Gold Standard was very professional, timely and knowledgeable with all phone calls, emails, and in person estimate. In the end I selected another Angie’s List provider based on price.
