Fantastic! My grout was so stained that I was sure it could not be restored. Today it looks brand new. The customer experience could not have been better. Blain arrived on time, discussed each room to be treated, and meticulously protected my floors and possessions. We jointly decided that some of the estimated work was not necessary, so the job cost less than the estimate! Overall, I could not be happier on all aspects.
