Multiple Problems With Concrete Floor
This project was for an old warehouse facility that had never been maintained. There was a combination of motor oil, grease, dirt, grime, spilled paint, and other unknown substances on the floor. The tenants wanted to clean and polish the floor for easier maintenance, but also liked the “character” of the old floor.
Our Concrete Restoration Process
First, we cleaned the floor to remove the various soils. We then progressed through our diamond honing and polishing steps using a series of progressively finer grit diamond impregnated pads. The concrete floor was completely transformed, going from looking dull and dirty to a highly reflective polish.
The clients were very pleased with the outcome.
